Hi,
Sometimes we need to get back to the basics of what we do on this planet. A busy life pulls us left and right; forces us to do, or to buy, or to watch this and that. Is this all so important? Important enough for us to use so much of our time for it?
This month’s theme – Basic Instinct – reminds me of a man who said: “We work hard to get money to buy things we don’t need, to impress people we don’t like”
This maybe a bit harsh, but on some level we see ourselves in it.
But – yes, glad there is a “but” – the most important thing in life is to enjoy it: your loved ones, things to buy, places to go.
So just don’t let yourself be overrun by “buy this” & “buy that” and maybe think a bit more about what makes you happy.

時には、この世で一体何をするかという基本にもどる必要が あ り ま す 。多 忙 な 生 活 に 、私 た ち は 右 往 左 往 さ せ ら れ て います。することを、買うことを、あれこれと見ることを強い られています。それらすべてが本当に重要なことでしょうか? それほどまでに、私たちの大切な時間を使う価値のあること でしょうか?
今月のテーマは、「ベーシックな本能」。この言葉は、「人は、 必要ではないものを買うお金のために、また嫌いな人の気を 引くために、必死に頑張っている。」と説いたある人を思い 出させてくれます。厳しく聞こえますが、ある意味で、そこに 私たちの真の姿が見えます。
しかし、(そう、ここで「しかし」といえることが有難い!)人生で 本当に重要なことは、愛する人、買うもの、訪れる場所など、 それらをいかに享受するかです。単にあれこれ買うことに 捕らわれず、何があなたを幸せにしてくれるかということを、 もう少し考えてみてはどうでしょうか。
